As an independent cleaner these are the responsibilities:

Standard Cleaning: (start at $50 per contract)

Deep Cleaning: (start at $125 per contract)

Move In/Move Out: (start at $150 per contract)

Cleaner Qualifications / Skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work independently or in the case of larger cleanings with a team of other independent contractors.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Previous cleaning experience a plus but not necessary
• Valid driver’s license
